ATI’s Rental Turnover Process

Once you register with your community information at My ATI a representative will contact you within 24 hours to set up an onsite meeting. During the initial client meeting we collect your community specific data (i.e. paint color, carpet and padding type, measurements, apartment specifications, etc.). Once we gather this information we will provide you with your personalized turnover service pricing. You will then have access to place orders on the ATI system.

  1. As you receive notification of a move-out, logon to My ATI, enter your unit address and click on the services you would like to request. ATI will give a real-time quote for you to approve with a PO or electronic signature.
  2. You are notified of the scheduled start date for your unit turnover. ATI provides lockboxes for your site to place on the units we are servicing—eliminating the hassle of tracking down keys.


Upon completion, ATI sends an email confirmation and a customer feedback link so you can rate our performance and professionalism. You will be invoiced electronically upon satisfactory completion of the project.
